Terms of Service

These terms govern the RFP Triage founding pilot, operated by Outpost1251 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By purchasing the pilot, you agree to these terms.

Service

The $199 founding pilot covers one mutually accepted, publicly available federal solicitation package. The deliverable is a source-linked decision brief containing a conditional bid/no-bid recommendation, hard-gate analysis, material cost-driver flags, a submission checklist, unresolved questions, and one written follow-up round.

Customer responsibilities

Timing

Our delivery target is two business days after successful payment and receipt of complete, accessible inputs. We will notify you if the package is unusually large, unavailable, materially amended, or otherwise requires a revised schedule.

Not professional or government advice

RFP Triage is not a law firm, proposal writer, government representative, contracting officer, or certification service. The brief is decision support—not legal advice, an eligibility determination, a compliance certification, a complete proposal review, or a guarantee of award.

The live solicitation, amendments, agency instructions, contracting-officer communications, and qualified professional advice remain controlling.

Accuracy and source limitations

We aim to cite material findings to public source records. Public systems and solicitation packages can be incomplete, changed, unavailable, scanned poorly, or internally inconsistent. You are responsible for confirming current requirements before acting or submitting.

Payment and refunds

Payment is collected through Stripe. Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Ownership and permitted use

You may use the delivered brief internally for your own opportunity evaluation. We retain ownership of our general methods, templates, scoring systems, and know-how. Public-source records remain subject to their existing rights and terms.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFP Triage and Outpost1251 LLC are not liable for lost bids, lost profits, proposal costs, missed deadlines, agency actions, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the brief. Any direct liability relating to the pilot is limited to the amount you paid for that pilot. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms for future purchases. The terms shown when you purchase govern that transaction. Questions: rfptriage@outpost1251.com.
