RFP Triage is operated by Outpost1251 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains the information we collect and use when you contact us or purchase a pilot brief.
Information we collect
- Contact and business information, such as your name, business name, email address, and billing address.
- The public solicitation URL and business-capability information you provide for the requested analysis.
- Messages, service questions, and other correspondence.
- Payment status and transaction metadata supplied by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
We use the information to evaluate fit, process payment, prepare and deliver the requested brief, respond to questions, prevent abuse, maintain transaction records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms. Email and hosting providers may process information solely to operate communications and the website. Public solicitation records may be retrieved from SAM.gov or the issuing agency.
Retention and deletion
We retain transaction and service records only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of information that we are not required to retain.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit submissions to the information necessary for the analysis.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing rfptriage@outpost1251.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain records where legally required.
Changes
We may update this policy as the pilot evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
